Take it to the Track

When the sun is shining, it is hard to workout indoors. Grab your dumbbells and take it to the track. This workout is sure to get you sweating and feeling amazing.


Be sure to warm up before you begin.


Track Based Workout--Dumbbells Needed:


400 M Sprint

Rest :45 Seconds

300 M Sprint

Rest :45 Seconds

200 M Sprint

Rest :45 Seconds

100 M Sprint


GET SET UP FOR YOUR STRENGTH PORTION


Complete the following lifts; starting at 10 reps, then 8, 6...finishing with 2 of each movement


5 Rounds REPS: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2


Dumbbell Squat to Press (THRUSTER)

Renegade Row (Right/Left=2)

Shoulder Press

Plank Jacks

Lunges (R/L=1)


REST for 2:00--Set up for your final set of sprints


400 M Sprint

300 M Sprint

Rest :45 Seconds

200 M Sprint

Rest :45 Seconds
