So yesterday I had the best idea ever for breakfast for a little Sunday Brunch….I was going to make these amazing omelets with peppers, turkey bacon, cheese (just a sprinkle:)) and anything else I could think of….because it was Sunday and I LOVE breakfast!
My husband saw me getting the eggs out and he was like, “Ohhh that sounds good, but I really want waffles…” I was completely fine with that decision, and we had enough protein powder to make delicious protein waffles!! They are so easy, and you almost feel guilty because they are soooo good!
All you need is:
1 Scoop Protein Powder
Sprinkle of Baking Soda
Almond milk or Water (to reach the right consistency)
Optional: I love adding a little bit of cinnamon to the mix as well.
Stir it up, put it in the waffle iron, and enjoy!
