My latest obsession has been a very easy recipe that only requires a protein of your choice, almond milk, banana, and whatever toppings you would like to add.
1 Frozen Banana
1 Scoop Protein Powder & Almond Milk to your liking--(I have been using Premier Protein's Caramel Flavor instead of the protein power and almond milk, but I have linked my favorite protein above).
1 TBS Cashew Butter
Blend it up, put it in a bowl & add your toppings
Love Crunch Granola
Whatever else you desire
