Protein Packed Smoothie Bowl

My latest obsession has been a very easy recipe that only requires a protein of your choice, almond milk, banana, and whatever toppings you would like to add.


Ingredients:


Base:

  • 1 Frozen Banana

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder & Almond Milk to your liking--(I have been using Premier Protein's Caramel Flavor instead of the protein power and almond milk, but I have linked my favorite protein above).

  • 1 TBS Cashew Butter

Blend it up, put it in a bowl & add your toppings


Toppings:

  • Cacao Nibs

  • Fresh Fruit

  • Love Crunch Granola

  • Chia Seeds

  • Oats

  • Whatever else you desire
