Less Is More

How many times have you wondered around the gym, trying to find something to fill that 20 minute void so you can hit the full 60 minute mark!? Well lets just stop that…


About two years ago, I ditched the idea of being at the gym for

a full 60 minutes…(Unless I am taking a class, of course!) I go with the plan of doing a fast-paced cardio workout, along with 6-8 lifts, and I am in and out of there in 45 minutes or less!


Over the last 10 days, I have had 40 woman participating in my free program, #sweatsesh. They have all been amazed that they are getting such an amazing workout in under 40 minutes! Here is the workout the ladies are doing today that is sure to make you feel the burn!


As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 minutes–*Repeat X2*
