Body Weight Workout

Summer is my favorite time of year--but with all of the crazy traveling, it can be hard to hit the gym on a regular basis!


Below is a quick and effective workout to fire up your whole body. Keep track of your time so you can beat it the next time you do it!


35 Minute Time Cap:

4 Rounds

  • .5 mile run

  • 15 push-ups

  • 20 walking jump lunges (r/l=1)

  • 25 plank jacks

  • 20 jump squats

  • 15 burpees
